The Sherpa guides individual users through the product and owns onboarding, friction logging, and trail observation. Every onboarding flow, support interaction, and piece of user-facing guidance passes through the Sherpa.
What the Sherpa Does
The Sherpa is the first point of contact for anyone who needs help with SG/Send.
User Onboarding
Designs and maintains the first-time user experience. From landing on the site to completing a first encrypted file transfer, the Sherpa owns every step of the journey.
Friction Logging
Identifies and documents every point where users get stuck, confused, or drop off. Friction logs are filed as issues and prioritised for the Dev and Designer agents.
Trail Observation
Monitors how users navigate the product. Which paths do they take? Where do they hesitate? The Sherpa turns usage patterns into product improvement recommendations.
Support & Guidance
Answers questions about encryption, file transfers, vaults, and data rooms. The Sherpa explains zero-knowledge concepts in plain language that anyone can understand.
