Every mode uses the same zero-knowledge encryption. Whether you use our hosted service or deploy in your own environment, files are encrypted in the browser before they leave your device. We never see your data. Your cloud provider never sees your data. Nobody sees your data except you and your recipient. The only difference between modes is who manages the infrastructure. The encryption is identical.

How it works
Get started in minutes. No software to install.
Get your access token
Join Early Access for free or buy a Starter Pack. You'll receive a unique access token via email.
Upload and encrypt
Visit send.sgraph.ai, enter your token, and upload a file. Encryption happens in your browser — the file is encrypted before it leaves your device.
Share the link
You get a download link and a decryption key. Share them with your recipient — they decrypt in their browser too.
Zero knowledge, always
The server never sees your plaintext data, file names, or encryption keys. By design, nobody but you and your recipient can access the content.
Frequently asked questions
What counts as one file transfer?
Each file you upload and encrypt counts as one transfer. Downloading and decrypting by your recipient does not use additional credits.
Is the free tier really free?
Yes. The open-source and self-hosted options are genuinely free — no catch, no expiring trial. We make money from the hosted cloud service, not from licensing the software.
What’s the difference between shared and dedicated?
Both use the same zero-knowledge encryption. Shared (multi-tenant) runs on our standard infrastructure. Dedicated (single-tenant) gives you isolated S3, Lambda, and CloudFront — required by some regulated industries for compliance.
Can I switch between deployment modes?
Yes. You can start with Early Access, move to the cloud service, and later deploy self-hosted. The encryption is identical across all modes — only the infrastructure changes.
Who operates SG/Send?
SG/Send is operated by The Cyber Boardroom Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Cloud payments are processed securely via Stripe.
